Today I’d like to share a PDF painting guide for General Veers from Star Wars: Legion!

As Veers has a very limited colour palette painting him is very much a lesson in control and restraint, and it’s important to try to render the different materials as best we can.

My aim with the colour choices was to capture the slightly desaturated olive-like tone of the uniform, but used a more blue-ish tint for the armour to help give the impression of a harder material:

I also incorporated a subtle hint of the brown-ish environmental tones into some of the shadows to add some additional nuance and interest.
